Baked Tortilla Chips

Baked Tortilla Chips
This recipes is from Eating Well.
I made these to go along with the Artichoke-Parmesan Spread. The only difference is that I used Pam Olive Oil Spray to coat the pan and chips instead of canola oil so 8 chips is the equivalent of eating 1 corn tortilla (16 chips = 2 points). You can also add some chili powder for a little kick.

Ingredients:
Yellow or White Corn Tortillas (I use Mission brand)
Pam Olive Oil Spray
Garlic salt or regular salt
Garlic powder (optional)
Cayenne or Chili Powder (optional)

Put some aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and spray with Pam. Lay tortilla triangles down on sheet, spray with a light coat of Pam and then season. Place tray in the oven on 450 for about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to watch them so that they don't get too dark. Chips are done once they get crispy.

They were so easy to make and you can store them for later, I don't see a reason to not eat healthy tortilla chips from now on.
